• Topkon PCO reserves all rights to change rates due to the decisions might be taken by authorities regarding to VAT and/or other taxes.
• Full payment is mandatory for confirmation.

ALL INCLUSIVE SUPPLEMENT FEE

All Inclusive Supplement Fee / 5 Days*	450 Euro

• VAT 20% will be added to the above mentioned rate.
• Participation in social activities is excluded.

* Participants who does not book accommodation through the organization secretariat and does not stay at the congress hotels provided by the secretariat, should pay an all inclusive supplement fee (for 5 days) to be able to benefit from the hotel services within the concept of the hotel between the dates of 21-26 November 2023 from 09:00 to 18:00.

The all inclusive supplement fee is mandatory for all participants and company representatives regardless of their registration type.

This fee includes access to the congress center during the scientific program and activities, lunch, and coffee breaks. However, breakfast and dinner are not included in the all inclusive supplement fee.

• Transfer requests must be submitted in e-mail to the congress organization secretariat at least 15 days prior to the transfer date.
• Topkon Congress Services reserves the right to change prices in the event of significant changes in the country's economic conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests must be made written to congress organizing secretariat.
Cancellation made till May 1^st 2023, %100 of total payment will be refunded.
Cancellation made till June 15^th 2023, %50 of total payment will be refunded.
No refunds will be made for the cancellations made after June 15^th 2023.
All refunds will be made after the congress, within 4 weeks.
