CONGRESS DATES
21-26 November 2023
ACCREDITATION OF CONGRESS
All sessions of the congress will be accredited by the Turkish Medical Association & Accreditation Board.
BADGES
Name badges will be distributed to all registered participants and attendants. In order to ensure the congress order, it is kindly requested to wear name badges in all scientific and social activities.
CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
Certificates of participation will be distributed to all scientific program participants on 26 November 2023.
INVITATION LETTER / LETTER OF PERMISSION
Invitation letters to be requested to be given to institutions for congress participation will be sent to the participants through the congress secretariat. Such invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes. The registration and accommodation fees of the guests who have the invitation letter belong to them.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Regarding the refund of registration and accommodation fees;
* All fees will be refunded, if notified before 1 May 2023.
* 50% of the fees will be refunded if notified between May 1st and June 1st, 2023.
* Cancellations notified after 1 June 2023 will not be considered.
All refunds will be made within 4 weeks after the end of the congress.
